Diagram

Internal Memory

Saves data generated or retrieved by screens and features. The save area capacity depends on your display unit model.

Primarily stores screen data.

Uses this area when you use fonts in addition to the fixed system fonts. If you exceed the available area, then uses the screen area.

This memory saves data even when the display unit is turned OFF.
The priority when storing data in this memory area is as follows.

  1. Operation Log Data

  2. Alarm History Data

  3. Sampling Data (Group ascending order)

  4. Backup data in internal devices

  5. Recipe (Filing Data)

Capacity for one feature affects the available capacity for other data.

To check the backup memory (SRAM) usage, from the [Project (F)] menu, point to [Information (I)], select [Project Information (I)], and then select [SRAM Information].

This memory is used for temporary storage and all data stored here will be erased when the display unit is turned OFF or reset.
