For the arbitrary bit (defined in DATA_S2) of the process source register DATA_S1 (integer 32-bit data), "1" is turned ON. With the Bit Reset instruction, "0" is written to the arbitrary bit(defined in DATA_S2) with "1" turned ON.

When writing or deleting a process complete bit to or from the arbitrary position of a register with tracking software, variables can be used for bit position data of bits to be set or reset. Therefore, this can be used more widely than bit set/reset with instruction words like [AND],[OR] etc by word.
