On Power Box of SP5000 series, when the memory loader is started, the screen gets dark.

When you start the memory loader on the Power Box, the automatic brightness adjustment feature stops and display works with the brightness setup value at the manual action.
If the brightness setup value is low, this symptom will appear.

Stop using the memory loader and manually configure the brightness setting at normal boot. After that, start the memory loader.
