What kind of equipment can be connected to DVI port of SP5000 series?

DVI port of SP5000 series can be connected to Display monitor, Digital signage display and Television.

However, SVGA and XGA output type are only connected regardless of display module types

Please note the following limitations

1. DVI-D output is not supported to Hot Plug Detect (HPD)

2. [Display] setting on Windows can be set some functions which SP5000 series is not recommended.?In case of display settings, please set at ［Dual display］at Lancher

3. When Launcher [dual display] - [Expand display (display module main)] is set, please NOT select Windows [Display] - [Orientation: flipped ] of display module or DVI monitor settings.

4. When Launcher [Dual display] - [Show desktop DVI monitor] is set, the touch behavior of display module can be activate if the display module is connected.? Please note that the touch function cannot be disabled.

5. Cautions for Advance display in use

SP-5600WA or SP-5500WA	Expand desktop can be display (only SVGA or XGA output) In case of clone display, SP5000 series is not support the touch function.
SP-5400WA	In case of SP-5400WA expand desk top, display is supported.(only XGA) Clone display also can be supported, but top of parts will be displayed in black.

There are some cases that the display may not be shown even though conditions are meets

Regarding to tested displays, please contact your local Pro-face office.

How to check the resolution for each display

While monitors such as TC are connected to DVI port for SP5000, ［Desk top］ - ［Property］can be confirmed supported resolution.
For detail, please refer to each display's manual.
