Solutions for each transfer error message

PGO Command failed

The power supply to GP may have been turned OFF, or the cable has been unplugged. Reset GP and PC, and transfer the data again.

PLD Command failed

The power supply to GP may have been turned OFF, or the cable has been unplugged. Reset GP and PC, and transfer the data again.

Write Error

An error has occurred while reading the data to the GP internal memory. Transfer the data again . If the error occurs again, use the GP self-diagnosis feature and identify the problem. If necessary, contact your local GP distributor.

Core-ID Command failed

An error has occurred during data transfer from PC. The cable may be disconnected to GP is OFF. Transfer the data again.

Command Parameter ERROR

Transfer the data again to GP by "Auto Setup". If this message appears again, PC has a command-related problem. Or, there may be an error in the cable or in PC. Check both and transfer the data again. If the problem persists, the cable maybe damaged. If necessary, contact your local GP distributor.

Invalid address substituted for unknown aliases, or invalid address error.

The actual symbol address may not be registered by Symbol Editor.

Please confirm that the address has been registered propertyby following, [Project Manager] -> [Utility] -> [Symbol Editor].

ERROR, No Configuration File

The file required fir setup is not found in the specified folder.

1.	Please confirm that the specified directory of [Transfer] -> [Setup] -> [Transfer Settings] -> [ Setup CFG file] is matched to the directory of


2.	Re-install the system from the master disk, or check the transfer path settings.

Timeout Error

Communication timeout has occurred. Reset GP and transfer the data again.

ERROR, Incomplete Transmission

Screen transfer to GP has been aborted. Refer to the error message code.

Memory Not Initialized

The GP internal memory is not initialized. Initialize the memory.
Go to Offline Mode on the GP main unit to perform [Initialize Memory] (A common password is 1101).

Connected Device is not correct GP!

A device other than GP or one that is not supported by GP-PRO/PB3 is connected. Check the model of the connected device.

Protocol File not found

The PLC protocol file to be sent to GP is not found in the system directory. Re-install GP-PRO/PB3 C-Package starting from the master CD-ROM.

Do you want to download the simulation protocol?

This message will be displayed when you transfer the simulation protocol. When you perform the simulation between GP and PC, click [OK]. When you perform normal communication between GP and the host, cancel it. Open [Settings] of Transfer, check off the [Send Simulation Data] and transfer it.



CF Card Data cannot be installed
	1) Confirm that CF Card is completely inserted and the cover is closed. 2) In case that the CF Card is not formatted, perform [Initialize CF Card] on Offline mode of GP. 3) Please confirm whether there is enough space in CF Card.
