WinGP is an application that can run GP-Pro EX project files on Pro-face Industrial Panel Computers (IPC) or PC/AT-compatible machines and communicate with connected devices/PLCs. However, because GP and IPC or PC/AT compatible machines are different types of hardware, there are differences in the functions that IPC or PC/AT compatible machines can use. There are features that fully utilize the extra memory capacity on the IPC or PC/AT compatible machines, and there are applications that have been developed specifically for IPC or PC/AT compatible machines.
The WinGP feature can be used only with user accounts that have Administrator rights.
