Data stored in the display unit's internal devices, including the Memory Link System Area, is deleted when the display unit enters offline mode. To retain internal device data, you can copy the User Area's data to backup memory (SRAM).

The order for storing word data from the USR area is as follows. You cannot change the order.
When a communication error is restored, devices written to the equipment are the devices in the system data area (LS0000 to LS0007) that are mapped to the equipment.
This type of communication error is an always read error. After a write error occurs, even if there is a successful always read operation, the communication error is not considered restored.
