Restrictions on Number of Parts on a Screen

The total number of parts you can draw on one screen is as follows:

Restrictions on number of addresses on one screen

The total number of addresses to read that you can set up on one screen is 1152, excluding the number of D-script addresses to read. However, when the Display Unit Model is [IPC Series(PC/AT)], you can set up to 3000.

You can set up to 1152 addresses for D-script separately. (However, you can read only up to 255 addresses in a single D-script.)

Restriction on the number of individual parts on one screen

The maximum number of individual parts you can set up on a screen is as follows.
This number is for how many parts you can set up on newly created screens without any other settings.

12.9 Displaying Multiple Windows on a Single Screen

*2 You cannot draw a Sampling Data Display and Special Data Display (Show CSV) at the same time. The same applies to drawing a Special Data Display (Show CSV) and a Data Display set up with Allow Input.

*3 On one screen, you can display the following number of window parts with the [Continuous Read] setting:
- GP4000 series (excluding GP4100 series) and LT4000 series: Maximum of four (maximum of three, if global window is used)
- GP4100 series, and any series other than GP4000 series: Maximum of three (maximum of two, if global window is used)
Note that when the maximum number of window parts with the [Continuous Read] setting is displayed, all other window parts do not function.

*4 When the device monitor screen is displayed, the global window cannot be displayed.

*5 You can view only one [Image Unit] window on the display unit at a time.

*6 The maximum number of D-Scripts depends on the number of addresses on a screen (up to 1152) and the screen data capacity (up to 1 MB).

*7 You can set up to eight [Historical Trend Graph] and [Data Block Display Graph] parts.
However, as for Historical Trend Graphs using Historical Display Data feature, you can display only one on each screen.

*8 You cannot display these parts, when the maximum number of window screens are displayed.
