When Camera-Viewer EX is communicating with a display unit, and a cable connection error or other problem associated with Camera-Viewer EX occurs, use the following to resolve the problem.
After communication between the display unit and Camera-Viewer EX stops for 30 seconds, the display unit identifies this as a communication error and stops communicating.
If Camera-Viewer EX tries reconnecting to the display unit within 30 seconds after the display unit identifies a communication error, the following error message displays as the previous connection is still considered valid. When this occurs, please wait 30 seconds or more then try reconnecting.
